Upcoming Retreats
Sein Yoga offers yoga retreats, as well as yoga & hike and yoga & sail retreats, several times a year. All Sein Yoga retreats focus on the individual and finding peace. The retreat, the focus on movement and meditation, and the opportunity to have new experiences are the perfect conditions for new impulses, true relaxation, and a greater sense of joy in life.
By participating in a retreat at Sein Yoga, you are doing something good for yourself and at the same time supporting selected social projects in different parts of the world.

About Sein Yoga
About Esin
Hi!
My name is Esin, and I grew up in Germany with Turkish roots. I currently live and work in Switzerland, but I'm known for exploring the world and devoting several months to discovering new places. Yoga has been a part of my daily life as a secondary school teacher for over 15 years and is an important source of relaxation, peace, inspiration, and retreat.
Thanks to several teacher trainings and constant personal practice, I am qualified and experienced in sharing and passing on this valuable practice with others. With Sein Yoga, I am now giving my many years of teaching experience a new format. I'm glad you found your way here!
